How long does the $2 day pass last?
48 hours from the moment you buy it. It covers every stop of every tour you build in that window, in any city we cover — it isn't tied to one route.
What do I get for free?
The first three stops of any tour are free, including their history, photos and turn-by-turn directions. Stops four and up need a pass or a store code.
Do I need GPS, and does it work offline?
Live guidance uses your phone's location and needs a data connection for maps and directions. You can also type a starting address instead of sharing your location. We don't sell or share your location data.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — if the pass didn't work or you were charged twice, contact us and we'll refund it. Full details are in our refund policy.
Is it good with kids?
Yes. Set a shorter time budget and pick walking mode: we cut the route to the stops that fit, and you can skip any stop mid-tour without breaking the route. Each stop shows roughly how long people linger, so you can plan around attention spans.
Which travel modes are supported?
Walking, bike / e-bike / e-scooter, and driving. Distances, stop ordering and timing all change with the mode, and you can switch modes on the tour details page to see the difference.
What is a store code?
Local businesses on our business plan hand out codes that unlock a full tour for their customers at no cost to the customer. Enter the code instead of paying, and the tour unlocks the same way a pass does.
Which cities do you cover?
Charlottetown, Toronto, Vancouver, San Diego, St. Augustine, Key West, Scottsdale, North Vancouver and Seville today, with more added as we finish writing their stops properly. You can browse every stop we cover in the stop library.
Is there a free trial for businesses?
Yes — 30 days free, and no card is required to start. You get the full business account from day one, including your store QR code and counter code. If you don't want to keep it, do nothing and it simply ends.
What does the business plan cost after the trial?
$49.99 per month once the 30-day free trial ends. You only enter card details when you choose to continue, and there's no separate charge per customer you hand a code to.
How do customers use my store QR code or 6-digit code?
Your business dashboard gives you a printable QR poster and a 6-digit counter code. A customer scans the QR or types the code on our site, and their tour unlocks straight away — no payment and no account needed.
What do my customers actually get from a store code?
A 48-hour self-guided tour pass, the same one people otherwise pay $2 for. It unlocks every stop of every tour they build in that window, in any city we cover — not just one route.
Do I need an account?
No. You can plan and take a tour without one. Creating an account only matters if you want to save progress, see the places you've visited, or find a past receipt — and it's a magic link, no password.
